We once again relied on our friend, the butterfly pea flower, to give this creamy concoction that Sasquatch blue hue. Tasting of nostalgic fruit punch (think cherry! pineapple! lime!), we then swirled in a ribbon of homemade blueberry jam! Fruity, sweet, refreshing, and PUNCHY-- the perfect accompaniment to the games this summer.
